HOW DEPOSITS WORK:

To book an appointment I require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. 

Deposit amount will depend on the piece, but generally ranges from $100-$200.

I accept deposits via cash or PayPal. The remainder of the tattoo must be paid in

CASH, but we do have an ATM at the shop for your convenience. 

 

Deposit must be paid before I begin the design process.  This helps to cover my drawing time in the event of a no call/no show. This deposit also guarantees  your appointment time and date, and I don't hold spots without the deposit, so this must be paid before I can book you.  Your deposit will come off the final price of the piece.  If the tattoo requires multiple sessions, the deposit will come off the final session.

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule appointments.  Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

A NO CALL/ NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND THE LOSS OF THE ART THAT WAS CREATED FOR YOU - NO EXCEPTIONS!

If a NO CALL/NO SHOW occurs, you may request to book with me again, however this will be at my discretion, and will require a new, larger deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice it will be considered a NO CALL/ NO SHOW. This will result in a loss of the deposit.

If you need to reschedule, or are running late, please call the shop at 541-967-7883 during business hours to let us know as soon as possible!

If you arrive at your appointment sick, intoxicated or impaired due to drugs/alcohol,

your appointment must be rescheduled in accordance with Oregon State Law.

This will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Existing appointments will only be allowed to reschedule a maximum of 2 times before another deposit is required.
