To book an appointment, please submit the request form below.  I will review the request, and if I'm a good fit artistically, I will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule an in person consultation
(if necessary) and  available times and dates. 
All of my tattoos are custom works of art, so I will not copy another artists work, or recreate a piece I have already done, but feel free to send any and all images you have for  reference!

My hourly rate is $200 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum and I require a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE to book an appointment.

BOOKING FEES ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The deposit  amount will depend on the piece, but generally ranges from $100-$400, depending on the size and complexity of the piece.

Due to the overwhelming amount of requests we receive, you will have 48 hours from the time we offer a time and date to  confirm the appointment. If for some reason we don't hear from you,  we will have to move on to the next person in line, and then try and find you a new date and time.
